FAQ's

* Do you offer daycare?

No, we are a boarding kennels only

* What time is drop off/collection?

Drop off and collection is by prior arrangement allowing us individual one to one time with you and your dog on arrival. We ask that drop off is in the morning between 10:00-11:00 and in the afternoon between 16:00-17:00.

* Can my dogs share a kennel?

Yes-our dog rooms are spacious and can easily accommodate several dogs from the same household. Please call to discuss if you have more than 3 dogs

* My dog is on medication
Please discuss your dogs medical needs at time of booking and bring your dogs medication in its original packaging on arrival

* Do you provide a collection /drop off service?
Spaces are limited for this service so please ask in advance to book

* Can my dog have group walks/play?
With owners consent we actively encourage dogs to socialise, enjoy group walks and play during their stay with us. We believe it to be a valuable part of their experience at Happy Dog Holidays. Equally we have comfortable secure spaces for those that enjoy the company of fewer dogs

* Do you provide food?

We ask that you bring your dogs own food. This is very important as dogs do not like sudden changes of diet 

* Do I need to bring my dog’s bedding?

We provide luxury Hik 9 raised beds and have plenty of cosy bedding but if you feel it will help your dog settle then of course bring their bedding/favourite toy etc

* Can you accommodate elderly dogs?

We are very happy to cater for more senior dogs allowing them the rest that they need. A few of our own seniors choose to curl up in front of the aga and if your dog chooses they are most welcome to join them

* Can my puppy board with you?

Yes-as long as they have had their full course of vaccinations. This is a fabulous environment for puppies to experience
